As a part of the Christmas celebration the Brook made it a point to help the needy and poor. Principal, Staff and Student representatives visited ‘Sanketham’, Kottarakkara and donated the money they have collected. Students entertained the Sanketham members by variety X’mas Carols and Skits.

AIDS AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

The Junior Red Cross cadets of BIS did their part to create an awareness among the public and the students regarding the dreadful disease. An awareness campaign was conducted in the Sasthamcotta junction which was inaugurated by Mr. Kovoor Kunjumon MLA. The BIS Red Cross Cadets enacted a street play and also conducted a special assembly in the school campus.

ART & SCIENCE EXHIBITION

The Art and Science Exhibition to commemorate the International Chemistry year was held on 22nd of December.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Sri. Karuvallil Sasi. Dr. C. T. Aravindakumar, Dean of M.G. University inaugurated and conducted a seminar on ‘Journey of Chemistry’ .

The paintings,Art and Craft items by the students entertained all.
